Welcome to Femi Labs. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, checkout, customer account features, policies, and any purchases made through Femi Labs.

By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing from Femi Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, Disclaimer, Research Use Only Policy, and any other policies posted on this website.

1. Research Use Only Products

All products sold by Femi Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research use only.

Products are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, treatment purposes, veterinary use, cosmetic use, food use, household use, or any other unauthorized purpose.

By purchasing from Femi Labs, you acknowledge and agree that you understand the Research Use Only nature of the products and that you will not use, resell, distribute, administer, recommend, advertise, or represent any product for any prohibited purpose.

2. No Human or Animal Use

Femi Labs products are not sold for human or animal use.

You agree that you will not use any Femi Labs product for:

  • Human consumption

  • Animal consumption

  • Injection

  • Medical use

  • Therapeutic use

  • Diagnostic use

  • Treatment purposes

  • Veterinary use

  • Cosmetic use

  • Food use

  • Supplement use

  • Household use

  • Any other unauthorized or unlawful purpose

Any suspected misuse may result in order cancellation, account restriction, denial of future orders, or other action at Femi Labs’ discretion.

3. Purchaser Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to access this website or purchase from Femi Labs.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

4. Account Requirement and Verification

Femi Labs may require customers to create an account before purchasing.

Guest checkout may not be accepted.

Before checkout, customers may be required to provide:

  • Email address

  • Company or institution name

  • Research field

  • Shipping and billing information

  • Research-use-only acknowledgment

  • Terms and Conditions acknowledgment

  • Returns & Refund Policy acknowledgment

  • Shipping address confirmation

Femi Labs reserves the right to request additional verification before processing, approving, or shipping any order.

We may cancel, hold, refund, or deny any order if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, inconsistent with Research Use Only requirements, or appears to violate our policies.

5. Customer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, storage, handling, transportation, use, and disposal of any product purchased from Femi Labs complies with all applicable laws, regulations, institutional rules, safety requirements, and research standards.

Femi Labs is not responsible for misuse, improper storage, improper handling, improper reconstitution, unauthorized use, unlawful use, or any consequence resulting from use outside of the stated Research Use Only purpose.

6. Product Information and Documentation

Product descriptions, product names, batch numbers, purity information, COAs, testing references, and other documentation are provided for informational, identification, and research reference purposes only.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice, health advice, treatment guidance, diagnostic guidance, dosing guidance, reconstitution guidance, or a recommendation for human or animal use.

Femi Labs strives to provide accurate product information, but we do not guarantee that website content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

7. No Medical Advice

Femi Labs does not provide medical advice.

Nothing on this website, product pages, emails, support messages, labels, certificates, or documentation is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or medical condition.

You should not use any product purchased from Femi Labs for any human or animal purpose.

8. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Femi Labs.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Femi Labs reserves the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or refund any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear:

  • Suspicious

  • Fraudulent

  • Incomplete

  • High risk

  • Non-compliant

  • Inconsistent with Research Use Only requirements

  • Connected to prohibited use

  • Submitted with incorrect or incomplete information

  • Submitted by a customer who has previously violated our policies

Payment authorization or payment capture does not guarantee order acceptance or shipment.

9. Pricing and Availability

Prices, product availability, batch availability, product details, shipping options, and promotional offers may change at any time without notice.

Femi Labs reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update product listings, discontinue products, limit quantities, restrict access, or place products on waitlist status at any time.

If a pricing or listing error occurs, Femi Labs may cancel or adjust the affected order.

10. Payment

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed or shipped.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Femi Labs may use third-party payment processors, fraud prevention tools, and risk review systems. Orders may be delayed, canceled, or refunded if payment cannot be verified or if the transaction is flagged as suspicious.

11. Shipping

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Femi Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customer error, customs, third-party services, or other circumstances outside our control.

If an order cannot be shipped within the stated processing window or promised shipping timeframe, Femi Labs may contact the customer with available options in accordance with applicable law.

12. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Femi Labs is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, refused, abandoned, or misdelivered packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer.

If a customer enters the wrong shipping address and the order has already been processed or shipped, Femi Labs is not responsible for replacement, reshipment, refund, or loss.

Customers must carefully review their shipping address before placing an order.

13. Delivery, Tracking, and Carrier Issues

Once an order is shipped, tracking information may be provided through the selected carrier.

A package marked as delivered by the carrier is considered delivered unless a carrier investigation determines otherwise.

Femi Labs is not responsible for theft, loss, delay, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to retrieve a package after the carrier marks it as delivered or attempts delivery.

Carrier delays do not qualify for a refund once an order has shipped, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Returns, Refunds, and Claims

All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of Research Use Only products, all sales are final once processed, except in the limited situations described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Femi Labs does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of research before purchasing

  • Ordering by mistake

  • Selecting the wrong product

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Failure to read our policies

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Reconstituted products

  • Tampered or altered products

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Improper handling after delivery

  • Customer-submitted wrong shipping address

  • Refused or abandoned packages

  • Carrier delays outside our control

  • Any use or attempted use outside the stated Research Use Only purpose

Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions are only considered for:

  1. Verified transit damage

  2. Verified wrong product sent

  3. Documented fulfillment error

All claims are subject to review and approval by Femi Labs. Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.

15. Damage Claims

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact Femi Labs within 48 hours of delivery.

Damage claims must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging

  • Clear photos of the shipping label

  • Clear photos of any visible leakage, cracks, broken glass, or damage

  • A written description of the issue

Damage claims submitted without clear proof may be denied.

If approved, Femi Labs may provide a one-time replacement or another resolution at our discretion.

16. Wrong Product Claims

If you receive the wrong product, you must contact Femi Labs within 48 hours of delivery.

Wrong product claims must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product received

  • Clear photos of the product label

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • A written description of what was incorrect

If approved, Femi Labs may provide a replacement or another resolution at our discretion.

17. Returned, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to sender, refused, abandoned, or marked undeliverable because of customer error, incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to retrieve the package, Femi Labs is not responsible for refund, replacement, or reshipment.

Any reshipment, if approved, may require additional shipping fees.

Returned packages sent without prior written approval may be refused, discarded, or excluded from refund or replacement eligibility.

18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact Femi Labs first so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.

Submitting a false, misleading, or abusive payment dispute may result in account restriction, order cancellation, denial of future orders, and submission of available records to the payment provider.

Femi Labs may provide the following evidence in response to a dispute:

  • Order records

  • Tracking information

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Product page information

  • Checkout acknowledgments

  • Policy acknowledgments

  • Customer account details

  • Email communications

  • Photos or documentation submitted by the customer

  • Website policy records

  • Fulfillment records

This section does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

19. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Attempt to bypass account or checkout verification

  • Purchase products for prohibited use

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Femi Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or other damages arising from or related to:

  • Product misuse

  • Unauthorized use

  • Improper reconstitution

  • Shipping delays

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect addresses

We may deny future orders from customers who violate these Terms, submit suspicious claims, misuse products, submit false disputes, or provide inaccurate information.

27. Force Majeure

Femi Labs is not responsible for delays, failure to perform, or inability to fulfill obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather, supply shortages, payment processor issues, technical outages, labor disruptions, regulatory changes, natural disasters, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

28. Policy Updates

Femi Labs may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the website after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

29. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

30. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, Disclaimer, Research Use Only Policy, and other posted policies, make up the entire agreement between you and Femi Labs regarding your use of the website and purchase of products.
